化粧箱に入れてのお届けとなります。
輪島塗の加飾には蒔絵と沈金とがありますが、 こちらの銘々皿は沈金で模様を描いてあります。
ひとつ、ひとつ丁寧にのみ(沈金刀)で模様を彫り、 その上から漆をのせたあと金を埋め込んでいく 技法が沈金と言います。
大地にどっしりと根を張り、常に緑の葉を茂らせる松には千年の寿命があるといわれ、健康長寿、夫婦和合、子孫繁栄などの意味合いがあります。
又、松の模様は不祝儀を問いませんので幅広くお使いいただけます。

About Araki Urushi Pottery

Nanao suffered two major fires, in April 1895 and November 1905, and no records of the past remain. The only thing that remains is a boat chest containing lacquerware with the inscription "Kaei 7, February, Year of the Tiger, Shinjo Masahiro." Looking into the temple's past records, we find that the first Masanori of Ipponsugicho was called Atarashiya, not Araki, and his shop name was Shinmasa. It is said that he was a peddler of Wajima lacquerware from that time.
