1. Gift Wrapping

Your purchased items will be wrapped in original Araki Urushi Pottery Wrapping Paper.
We offer two types of wrapping paper for celebrations: gold and red. Please select the color you want when adding the product to your cart.

Gold wrapping paper

It comes in gorgeous gold-printed wrapping paper.
It is recommended as a gift for auspicious occasions such as wedding favors or congratulatory gifts.

Red wrapping paper

The red print can be used for a wide range of gifts, such as baby shower gifts and presents.

2. Noshi (gift wrapping)

We provide various types of gift wrapping paper free of charge upon request.
We can also print the name and inscription on the gift wrapping paper free of charge. There are various types of gift wrapping paper depending on the purpose, so please refer to the following.
*Please note that depending on the size, it may not be possible to wrap the item in gift wrapping paper.

Bow

Bow-knotted noshi are used for gifts such as housewarming gifts, birth gifts, and promotion gifts, with the implication that the gift may be repeated as many times as desired.
This is used for general celebrations.

Usage Example

General celebrations, wedding gifts, baby gifts, etc.

Red and white knot

The knotted noshi has the meaning of "a strong bond that cannot be easily untied."
Five knots are used for get-well gifts, ten knots for weddings, and for events that are never repeated.

Yellow and white knot

Musubikiri is also used in Buddhist ceremonies in general to prevent sorrow from being repeated.
The colors of mizuhiki used for this purpose are generally yellow and white or black and white, but our shop uses yellow and white.

General Buddhist matters (aspirations, memorial services, memorial services)

lotus

It is used as a gift in return for funerals, incense offerings, and memorial services.
The characters for "Gobutsuzen" (present in front of the Buddha) and "Goreizan" (present in front of the spirit) are written on the top line and used.

• How to attach a noshi paper

  Inner wrapping is done by wrapping the item in a noshi (traditional Japanese wrapping paper). Outer wrapping is done by wrapping the item in a noshi (traditional Japanese wrapping paper).
  Please let us know how you would like it hung.

  

• How to write a gift tag

  ・The wrapping paper will vary depending on the purpose, such as wedding gifts, baby gifts (return gifts), wedding favors, etc. If no preference is specified, we will use bow-knotted wrapping paper.
  ・Top of the envelope/This is what is written on the top of the noshi paper. (Examples: wedding congratulations, longevity, thank you, recovery congratulations, etc.)
  ・Name/Name of the sender to be written at the bottom of the gift wrapping paper. (Example: Taro Yamada)

  

• Shopping Bag

  We will provide you with our original shopping bag upon request.
  If you require this option, please select it when purchasing the product. There are three sizes of bags available.
  
  

  *Please note that our shopping bag may not fit some items depending on their size. In that case, we will use a plain white shopping bag.

  

• Message Card

  We can provide you with a message card upon request.
  If you require this option, please select it when adding the item to your cart.

2. Bank transfer (prepayment)

・Please note that items will be shipped after payment has been confirmed.
After checking the stock, we will send you an official order confirmation email with our bank transfer details.
・Please transfer the total amount stated in the order confirmation email (item price + shipping fee) to the specified account.
・If your total purchase amount is over 10,000 yen, shipping will be free.
・Transfer fees will be borne by the customer.

3. Convenience store payment

If you choose to pay at a convenience store, please select the convenience store of your choice when making your purchase. You will receive an automatic email with a payment slip number, so please make your payment at the convenience store of your choice.
